Goods purchased online can be returned within 30 working days of receipt for a refund but PLEASE NOTE, there's a 20% restocking cost on items above £85.00 and 10% items costing £79.99 or less (TO COVER ADMINISTRATIVE COST) with the exception of certain products, ie. Toilet Seats (For hygiene reasons all toilet seats are classed as non-returnable products Unless we advised you wrongly), Goods recieved damaged should be reported to our customer service team on 01482291992 within 7 Days of receipt as we believe it is the customers responsibility to check goods once delivered and signed for..(Please check with our Customer Service department before ordering a toilet seat if you are unsure). Our customer service department must be advised within 14 working days of your receipt of the goods if you wish to return them. Returned goods will not be accepted if they have been used. Opening the packaging constitutes use of that item. Goods must be returned in the same condition as prior to purchase. Please be advised goods must be returned immediately after notification at your own expense in adequate packaging to ensure they reach us in a re-saleable condition. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods during the cancellation period and we would therefore recommended the product(s) are returned with the original packaging in good condition to avoid the products being damaged on the return journey.

Returns Procedure:

We cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return the goods via a secure courier with the appropriate level of insurance. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as confirmation of delivery. Faulty Goods:

Please contact our Customer Service department at if your good develops a fault and we will advise on the appropriate action , e.g. repair, refund or replace. Returned items are inspected and tested, please note that should we determine that the product is not faulty you will NOT receive a refund for that item but you will be charged any delivery and collection costs we incur. In certain circumstances, we may ask you to return the product direct to the manufacturer.We do not offer cash refunds, if the item purchased is the wrong one we will do our best to exchange it for you with the correct one incase of price variation we will credit you with the difference, Incases where the replacement item is more dearer customer's will be asked to pay the difference. Faulty items will be replaced if reported to us within 14 days of purchase.


Items bought can only be cancelled with 3hours of Purchase as most of our items are same day Dispatch and we make every effort to dispatch the item within this period. Any Cancellation outside this period will be treated as Reutrns.
